Range Information
· Range 4, Camp Butner, Butner, NC.
GPS coordinates at Range 4’s entrance off of Range Road are:
36 degrees, 10 minutes, 42.32 seconds North
78 degrees, 48 minutes, 04.07 seconds West
· No camping, open fires, or overnight parking.
· No vehicles parked on firing line berm.
· No meal or drink facilities available. Bring your own food and beverages.
· No alcohol allowed on Camp Butner property.
· No cleaning tables or awnings provided; bring your own.
· No trash bins or waste containers are available on the firing line. Bring your own waste receptacles; please police your area prior to leaving the range.
· Both sighter and record targets are suspended on frames hoisted by electric motors. Complete hoist cycle time is 15 seconds.
· Each participant must perform pit duty for at least one relay per match.
· Sturdy portable shooting benches are furnished by NC 1000. However, no stools are furnished; bring your own.
